How do I see my beliefs reflected in government policies and by politicans

I see my beliefs reflected in government and by politicans very widely actually. President Barack Obama is everything me and my family want. He represents the dream of so many black leaders from the past. President Obama truly is the voice for all but especially for African Americans. As far as government policies there are many changes that have been made thanks to our new President. I feel we as black people are a bit more equal to everyone else. It feels like more equality overall.

What is my responsibilty to society?

My responsibilty to society is to make it through all up hill battles with life. I am a young black man who has quite a bit of ambition to succeed in every thing I do. They say America is setup to make young black men such as myself fail. I think otherwise,we can make it & we can prove America wrong. I think I represent my society, my society does not represent who i am. Sure, my society could be disturbing and not the best place to live and successfull in. Although there are many Black people who have come so far from nothin to something. They've went from The projects to living on nothin but acher's of land. They are the ones who motivate me to fight for success.

What influence do class, religion, language,& culture have on my relationships and my decisions?

Class has a minor influence on my relationships and my decisions. Class is not that important to me as far as whether im poor, middle income, or wealthly. If i were in the place of being poor then I would be motivate me to do better and work even harder to have a better life for myself as well as my family. Religion has some influence on my relationships and decisions. Religion is important to me because of what it represents. I think its important to have a strong belief in any religion you choose. Culture has very little influence on my relationships and my decisions. Although, my culture as a black African American is in need of more succesfull black people overall. That's why I srtrive to do my best because I want to change America'a perspective on young black people.

How do my relationships within & across groups affect others?

My relationships within and across groups affect others very little in my opinion. As long as im staying focus and contributing to my group of that time everything is ok. Its always good to have experience working with different people in groups. There's also an advantage when you are constantly with similar group memebers from the a previous project. You all will already know about each others work ethics. Whether there's a particular person who always wants to take leadership. There is always someone who is the slacker in the group or just does not take as much interest in the project as the others do. As a team you all have to put in nothin but one hundred percent of effort.
